| Emily came home with these. During spring break , Cindy,Emily, Callie and myself went shopping. We went to look for Easter dresses.. But, before the day was over... we came home with fabric and patterns. Amy & Ashlee called and wanted sailor dresses too. SO What will Judy be sewing the next 2 weeks? Easter dresses for my sweet grandaughters.. Our spring break shopping trip, was really fun.. We went out to eat, and sit and talked and had a really fun "giggley girls day out". We shopped until this"old lady" was give out!! But what a fun DAY!!!! |
It sounds like you're going to be very busy! I am especially excited to see the sailor dresses. I want to sew one too!

DeleteSounds like such a fun day, Judy! Can't wait til I have "little girls" to shop with! Actually, I am in the process of making some dresses for one of my friend's daughters...she is having a very hard time finding modest dresses for her girls. So...I get to play "gramma" for a little bit! I absolutely love the patterns and fabric you came home with! I especially like the first pattern...too adorable! Can't wait to see the finished products...you always do such a nice job, Maw!

DeleteI so understand the "hard time" finding modest dresses for the girls.. That is why, I sew so much for mine..
When the mama's take Easter photos of them wearing these, I will post them.
How gorgeous it must be fun shopping with the girls choosing the fabric etc...looks all very exciting. I can't wait to see them. I'm sewing a couple of little dresses too haven't posted yet though...
