Make a Garment a Month Challenge
Sarahliz from http://sarahlizsewstyle.blogspot.com/, is hosting another challenge.
It is Make a Garment a Month and starts today, October 1-2013. Check it out.
Sarah is such a fun/nice person. She does some amazing fitting on her garments. I
have really learned a lot from her.
My sewing has been so scarce this summer, due to so many other things
going on.. I have really missed my sewing.. SO hopefully, things are going
to settle down, and I will be able to get some fall/winter sewing done.
I will be sharing my next garment, with you real soon..
Happy sewing.

Thank you for sharing the challenge. I will give it a try! I've started a brand new sewing blog, http://robinsbobbin.blogspot.com/ I will see if I can keep that up as well as The Sweet Little Bird, and Hives and Honey Bees. I wonder when I thought there would be time to sew... :-)
ReplyDeleteI will check out your new blog.. Sewing is so wonderful.. if ONLY we had some extra hours in the day.lol
DeleteOh dear, I am not so sure I am that nice Judy :) (my husband says I am, but he's biased!). You have been so busy, so don't worry if you have to sit out for a while - although if you can make yourself something simple I'm sure you will be pleased. What you are doing is very stressful and time consuming. If not, join us when you can - we'll still be there.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Hubby!!
DeleteI hope to get more than one garment a month, but, I love the challenge of just one , that is encouraging.. Thank you so much for the challenge. Happy sewing.
OOH! I need to do this challenge! LOL I am SO far behind on my sewing! It's awful!! LOL
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing!!
Stacy , you should join us.. I figured one garment a month, would not be bad at all..
ReplyDeleteNice and a very reasonable challenge!
ReplyDeleteI really like the simplicity of this challenge.. And Sarah Liz, is a very nice lady..
