Sewing for Kids

Sewing for Kids.. How fun..

Sewing for kids is so fun.. I have a wonderful friend, that has 2 little girls , that are
5  and 8 yrs old. I have sewed for them for 5 yrs.  Grace wanted me to  make them some
simple summer skirts and tops.  [I think we are all ready for spring/summer].   This was a fun
change for me.. Sewing for kids!!!!

  1. That is so kind of you Judy. Do you do the embroidery with your sewing machine? What kind of machine have you got? Are you guys all set for the 14th? Will keep you and hubby in my prayers dear.

    1. Hi Charlotte, I love sewing for the kids ..so much easier than adults. Plus , these were real simple things , and were very quick..

When Kenny and I were first married, and I was just learning to sew... I "ATTEMPTED' to make him a pair of blue jeans. Oh Lord!!!!!!!!! they were a disaster.. He has never wanted my sewing since..He will quickly tell me..'Just sew for you and the kids"hahahaha

  5. Do you have that sewing machine too? My daughter's each have a Janome Hello Kitty. They were on a CRAZY sale at Sears or Target for $29! So I sent my mother-in-law to Bellingham to pick up two. They are good little machines.

You are such a nice friend to sew for her daughters. Such cute fabric too!
