Christmas Gifts are Wrapped/Sewing Machine is Put Away

Christmas  Presents are all wrapped and under
the tree, Just waiting for those Grandchildren
                                               & Children to arrive.

Candy & Cookies and Special Treats are
Beginning to smell   in the house.. Christmas
                                              is on it's way.

The sewing machine is put away  , until Christmas
holidays are over. The last of the Christmas
                                              presents are made.

Amy & Ashlee my twin granddaughters  love the
Duck Dynasty show. I found this Duck Dynasty
fabric the other day, I just knew I had to make them
 quick little jumper.
[it has ducks all over it, and  the words "Duck
 Dynasty" all over].

I added brown piping between the yoke and skirt
part of the dress.  Embroidered the  words
"Duck Dynasty Girl".. I hope they like them.

Christmas tree is up and  presents are wrapped!!!
Now Santa is watching over the tree [just for a
little while- Then he will move on to the
Coke Museum...] For you that don't know,
Kenny is  a big coke collector.. and has a big
shop full of coke stuff. I found this display for
him.. He wanted to sit it in the Living room
and admire it.. But it has to be taken
away , before the hustle and bustle
of children playing /running /jumping
and ENJOYING  Christmas..

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to each of you.!!

  3. First off, that embroidered teddy bear is adorable! And the jumpers are cute, cute, cute! I don't have a clue about duck dynasty but the the jumpers are sweet?

Kenny must love his new/old Coke Santa! What a great fine. I like him standing by the Christmas tree but I understand why you want to put him away before the kids come over. Where did you find such a great treasure?

Your Christmas tree is beautiful, you did a lovely job decorating it!

Have a wonderful Christmas my friend, enjoy all the goodness of the season with your dear family.

  7. You did a great job on the little dresses. I'm looking for ideas of things to make with scraps. I have a lot! Something besides quilts or headbands, but those will work if all else fails. Hope your Christmas was as restful and peaceful as mine.
