Fixing PJ's--Why You Should Never Buy Christmas Gifts Early?

                                                    Fixing Callie's Pj's

I have 6 grandchildren to buy Christmas for.. So..what does a good
Grandma do? Well, all through the year, as she sees things, they will
like, she buys and puts away until Christmas..[Hint: you always buy
clothing, a size bigger- works every time=well that is until this year!!!]

Cute Cozy Pink Flannel Pj's
{oops-- Callie hit a growth spurt and  got
much taller!!]

So, what does Maw do? I head to Wal mart , with
too- short pj's in hand, to try and match some flannel
to these.

  3. Great Job! My cousins and I all had Cabbage Patch Kids the year they were so huge because my Grandma Emily bought them in June before they became the next big thing.

    1. Buying early does pay off [sometimes ha].. I remember the big Cabbage patch kid dolls.. My daughter was 8 at the time.. and I was so lucky, I was friends with a wal mart stock orderer, and she got me a doll.. Cindy was thrilled that Christmas..

  13. That is one smart way of fixing the pjs! I never thought about buying a size larger, very good advice! Super cute solution, Callie will love these. I think this would be called personalizing a gift (for a very special granddaughter).
