Beautiful :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you Jess. We still have lots of work to do..
DeleteWhat hard workers you both are. The transformation is really nice looking. I bet it was hard moving away from you old home. t is so pretty and I hope you sell it soon. I can understand Kenny wanting to move on to those 53 acres though. Have a great Sunday night,.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't moved yet..We wont move, until our house sells. It is so quiet and peaceful at the old house. We still have lots of work to do on it..
DeleteThe new house is so lovely now :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Hana.. We still have lots of work to do.. Slowly getting it done.ha
DeleteThere's nothing like a project to get stuck into! It's looking great, I love the turkey red exterior.
ReplyDeleteI love red too. This project has been going forever. ha. We still have lots of work to do Went and put out some shrubs in front of porch, yesterday..
DeleteYou've done a lot of work! It's looking quite lovely. Thank you for sharing the pictures with us. Looking forward to seeing more of the interior pictures.
ReplyDeleteThank you Bless. Lots of work to be done. Will share some inside photos soon.
DeleteWow, it looks like you've made a lot of progress already. The exterior colour is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you Kelly. I love the color red.. Inside of my house is full of red.smile
DeleteI like the changes and love the house color. You're going to love the changes. We live in different phases of our lives and change can be good, but hard work.
ReplyDeleteDorothy, you are so right.. After hubby retired/and bought this 53 acre place. we spent a lot of time there.. But soon discovered, he was just not able to upkeep 2 houses ..[each has about 3 acres to mow..eeeh]. It is really peaceful and quiet out there, even though it is smaller than our now house, it is just the 2 of us now..So we don't need the extra space.
DeleteHave a great day.
What a lot of work - it's not easy, renovating an old house, takes full time commitment. You must have some mixed feelings about moving from time to time, so I hope you enjoy moving in due course.
ReplyDeleteSarahliz, I do have such mixed emotions, We have lived on our property for 35 yrs , built our house 20 yrs ago ...so leaving it is really hard..But, we love it in the country, and has so many extra things [fruit tree of all kinds, pecan tree, hazel nut tree, wonderful garden place, etc] I know we will enjoy living there IF we ever get it completed.ha
DeleteYes Judy!!! It looks awesome. The red? Perfect!! Can't wait for your move. It'll be worth the wait, no matter how long it's seemed. It'll come. Deedy
