Sewing/ Crafting & Sprucing up!! Having Fun!

I bought this white shower curtain [it was just too plain]
I  took a strip of red/white stripe fabric [same as the
curtains I made below]. Made some bias tape, and
sewed a strip around it.. Quick  and easy color!!
The star candle holder was black , I spray painted it.
The little wall hanger ,holding wash cloths, I found
at Salvation Army [50 cents].. Spray painted it!!

Made the simple bathroom curtain, out of
 a red/white stripe  fabric, I added a red/pink floral
topper. Also , spray painted  the basket..

Made a new wreath for the front door.
[can you tell I love the color red??? ha]

The 4'oclocks and begonias are showing their beauty.

Hope your having a  great weekend.. Sewing /relaxing or
just doing what ever makes you happy!!
ps.. Too enlarge photos , just click on photo..

  7. Red? Of course! Now all you need are flags and fireworks for July 4th (well maybe skip the fireworks...too much damage to the plumbing.) But green ornaments hanging from the shower curtain in December? You are all set!
Actually the red goes so well with the deep tan shade on the wall. Awesome!

  9. You are having fun - nothing like some bright cheer ups to spruce up the house. I love the new shower curtain and white looks much nicer than black would have done.
