Blue Berry Zucchini Bread & Bedroom
Blue berry zucchini Bread
The zucchini is coming in.. Loads of it.. I made this blue berry zucchini bread.. It was so good. One loaf to eat now, and one for the freezer.
Grated zucchini put in the freezer, to make bread this winter.
This is one of the bedrooms .It is small, but has a nice long closet with double rods. I am adjusting to the smaller space.. And have found room for everything .
Hope your all having a wonderful weekend. Thank you all for the prayers for my husband.
Your bread looks delicious. I'm out of blueberries I should try some cherries. Our garden needs rain too-we just watered it tonight. Your rooms are just right -less to clean! You have them decorated so nice!
Thank you Vickie. The bread is your recipe, I just added the blueberries. yummy. Bet Cherries would be good too. I love your thought pattern..... less to clean..PERFECT!! smile
I never would have thought to put blueberries into zucchini bread. Do you think it would work with blackberries? I'm really not a great (or knowledgeable) cook. I've been making a lot of zucchini bread lately, it's the only way the zucchini will get ate.
Jess, I bet it would be wonderful..[ I think blue berries and black berreies taste similar]. The zucchini bread recipe I use [came from a blogger I follow] and it does not use blue berries, I just added them, because I love blue berries. I have heard people say, they add raisins too. I have added pecans too.yummy.
Your bedroom is very pretty - love the colours. And there is something to be said for having less in the way of things - less clutter, for a start. I didn't know zucchini could be frozen, must try that. The Blueberry loaves look yummy.
Thankyou Sarahliz.. I have discovered, we are not missing anything that we donated or throwed away.. Stuff that sit in closets and never used. ha I froze zucchini last year for my breads..Worked great..]I grated it first, and squeezed the liquid out.
I did two loaves of zucchini bread yesterday, one to eat and one to freeze! It's always good to take a loaf out in the middle of Winter and enjoy it with a cup of coffee!
Thank you Dorothy..It has been a busy summer.. Moving to the smaller house...has been a challenge. I had to get rid of a lot of stuff [boy...did I not realize just how much junk I had..lol]
Thank you BLess. the bread is so good... Really enjoying it. The bedroom is so small compared to the one in our other house [so ALOT of decluttering had to happen before we moved.ha] We are getting adjusted to the smaller space, and not missing the extra stuff..
What a pretty room!
